DRINK & PLINK – Complete beginners welcome!

This is a laid back, casual session, we’re just trying to get people playing the harp. Morwenna can cater for a wide range of abilities, so whether you’ve never plucked a string before, play another instrument or even already play the harp a bit, come along and learn a tune at The Prince Albert on Thursday evenings.

Term Dates & Details

Summer Half Term 2 – 4th June – 16th July

Learn a different tune each week. Beginners will learn just the melody, more advanced players can learn an accompaniment appropriate to their skill level to go with it.

Just £2 if you have (bought or rented) one of our harps

£5 if you bring along your own harp

£7 if you need us to bring a harp for you

Everyone also needs to buy at least one drink (but then why wouldn’t you?).

Sessions are: Thursdays, 7.00-8.00pm

Need to buy or rent a harp from us? You can do that from here

Parking is available roadside if you’re lucky, or at the Rodborough Community Hall a flat 3 minute walk away.

IF YOU CAN, PLEASE BOOK BEFORE MIDDAY ON THE DAY IF YOU WANT US TO BRING YOU A HARP. That’s when I load the harps in the car.  I’ll try and make 2 extra tickets available for purchase in the hours before the lesson too, so even if you’re booking later than that, if you can buy tickets, then we’ll have a harp for you.
