We’ve been putting our heart and soul into these harps for over 10 years. If there’s ever a problem, which there almost never is, we want to put it right.
10 Year Warranty for New Harps
We guarantee any harp bought from us will be sturdy and strong. If any structural defect causes the harp to malfunction within the first 10 years of its purchase date, we will pay for it to be shipped back to our workshop. We will then either fix the problem or, if we can’t, replace the harp and ship it back to you, subject to the exclusions listed below.
This guarantee covers all wooden and metal parts of the harp, including the soundboard. It includes faulty or malfunctioning levers but does not include the regular maintentance of regulating the levers, which all levered harps need from time to time (approx every 3-5 years depending on use), which we can do for you as a separate service at a reasonable price (currently £50, not including shipping).
We even guarantee the strings, though we won’t pay for the harp to be shipped back and forth for this. If a string breaks within the first 10 years of the harp’s life, send us a photo of the harp so we know which string broke, and we’ll post you a string with simple instructions on how to change it.
3 Year Warranty for Second Hand Harps
We check over any harps we sell second hand to make sure they’re in good condition. If any structural defect causes the harp to malfunction within the first three years of it being sold to you, we will pay for it to be shipped back to our workshop. We will then either fix the problem or, if we can’t, replace it for a harp of equal or greater value and ship it back to you, subject to the exclusions listed below.
Jump for Joy Guarantee: 60 days to decide
This guarantee covers all items purchase or rented, and also our online course.
If, at any point within the first 60 days, you aren’t jumping for joy about the fact that you’ve bought or rented a harp from us and/or signed up for our online course, you can send it back for a full refund, including shipping fees back and forth.
You must either bring the harp back to our workshop in South Gloucestershire yourself or send the harp back in the box it was sent to you in, following our instructions, via Parcel Force.
