This experience half-day is a great way to try the harp.

You will learn:

  • How to hold a harp
  • Hand and finger positions
  • Harping exercises
  • Two tunes
  • And a lesson on how to play with 2 hands.

You do not need to know how to read music! Or even have any musical experience at all. Children aged 8 and older are welcome but we ask that an adult accompanies any children under 10yrs.

We will send you away with a Hands on Harps CD with traditional harp music and a 5% voucher discount for any Hands on Harps purchases.

Sessions will happen about once a month. Check the drop down box for dates. Sessions will run from 2 pm – 5 pm.

The location is Lightpill, Stroud.
